Hephzibah: Waiting to see APC wonder...If I were a civil servant in any of the affected ministries, I'll be making alternative arrangements...

Hephzibah: Hmmm, so are we saying the previous ministers of communication accepted bribes? Hmmmm

Hephzibah: HOB's prayers are with the people of France. I pray that God will comfort them. I come against every plan of the enemy to unleash terror.
