STOP THE PROPAGANDA

Please, if you're talking about what people like to do, it's spelled HOBBY with an O...'Hubby' means HUSBAND...Tenkiu

Meanwhile, it was as if I spied my pastor's sermon notes when I wrote "Let Reuben Live and Not Die" this morning. He kept repeating truths that I got this morning. Once has He spoken, twice have I heard...If you missed it, you can search on my wall or in the Hephzibah's Musings blog (see link in the attached picture).

I'll also like to comment on something I saw yesterday. Someone shared excerpts of the President's comment on the beheading of the woman in Kano. The excerpts shared implied that the president supported the beheading of the woman. I decided to look up the entire speech. The excerpts shared was not wrong but it had been deliberately taken out of context. There appeared to be malicious intent involved in the misrepresentation. It is propaganda! Propaganda is a weapon of war. This is my year of #NoPropaganda so I'll speak up!  Stop fanning the embers of religious/ethnic wars because of partisan politics. Religious/ethnic wars are the most difficult wars to quell. War does not determine who is right, just who is left.

Don't get me wrong, I'm disappointed in the APC generally because they apparently were not prepared to take over the reins of governance (though some of them are actually shocking me by performing). I generally dislike their government of propaganda, by propaganda, for propagandists. However, I don't want Pa Buhari to fail. I still pray for God to take over and still make something of the next 3 years. I pray that they will turn out to be accidental successes. We cannot but survive this and we know that we need to look to the Lord...APC has no clue how to steer this ship generally.

Did you go to church today? If yes, I hope you prayed for Nigeria? I sure did! We need it! And if you did not, I hope you were engaged in something productive? Anyway, if those that went to church don't mind, please can you share what you learnt so we can all learn from you?

As you've complained that I'm always sharing food pictures and taunting you all, I'll keep pictures of the ice cream I'm taking away. I also have good news that the price of tomatoes is coming down. Someone shared about getting a basket of small tomatoes somewhere in Osun State for about 1500 Naira. I'll bring you details as soon as I have it...Don't say HOB never gave you good news o...Intact, I learnt that those responsible for beheading Mama Bridget have been arrested. We need to follow up, though.
Have a blessed week.
