Note that President Jonathan could have approved the purchase of the new cars but he was COURTEOUS enough to leave the decision to PMB...

11. Gas to power projects not attractive – Experts
Hephzibah: Why? This "poor pricing" reason doesn't make much sense to me. Are the power companies fixing the price for gas or is it market forces that determine the price? I just get the impression that someone isn't giving the full picture.
